The Champion Bag
From Mini to Mighty! The Champion Bag is the perfect vacation companion. It folds small enough to throw in your suitcase, but is large enough to carry home all those souvenirs you just had to have! It also makes a perfect weekender bag, or even an everyday bag!
The interior has a smaller slip pocket on the front (large enough for a passport and most phones) and your choice of back slip pocket, with or without zipper. There is also a foldable bag base to support the weight of your items, intentionally designed to fit right inside the bag when it's folded.
With machine capabilities in mind, there are options for both flat or rolled handles.
This bag folds down to 9 1/2" L X 4" H (minus straps) and unfolds to 10 1/4" L (at base) X 10 1/4" H X 8" D.
This is an unlined bag, designed specifically for use with non-fraying, bonded poly-nylon fabrics such as Therxtex™ from Fabric Therapy
There is currently no lined version of this pattern.
This bag was tested on a variety of machines from domestic to industrial with favorable results depending on the choice of materials used.
